I was 45 minutes early, and she was acting as if I was trying to check in at 10 am. “You don’t want a dirty room, do you?”, was what she actually asked me. She replied that it would be unfair to housekeeping. Since the parking lot was pretty much empty, I asked her again if she could simply check (since she hadn’t bothered to make a phone call or check anything on the computer). She asked if I had AAA, and on my no, she said, “3:00”. I politely asked if she could check and see if one room was ready, as I had three kids with me and no where to go. When Nicole finally looked up my reservation she said I couldn’t check in until 3pm. Nicole and another co-worker couldn’t be bothered to even look up and say something like, ‘I’ll be right with you”. I stood at the front desk for at least five minutes before I was even acknowledged. We arrived at 2:15, after a three hour drive from Phoenix. Each time, there have been minor issues, but this visit will be our last.
